Great stay in Ibis Central Capitole Toulouse. Hotel located near all the sights bars and restaurants. Rooms modern and clean. Very professional and helpful staff.

The hotel is right on the square, but you can't hear a thing because the double glazing is so good. There are multiple cafes and restaurants and the view of the Capitole building is a beautiful evening sight. Check in was easy, and the room was compact and comfortable. The breakfast is the standard hot and cold buffet, but good quality. Multiple metro stations in close walking distance and within easy walking distance to most sights.

I am so grateful to the staff as they have kept my booking open for quite a while, due to covid, then illness and my Mum not being well. We are very grateful to have been able to go this past weekend. We received a surclassement to a bigger room and a view of the courtyard. Very nice.

Hotel Lobby is beautiful, but the rooms are quite dated. Bathroom is lovely. The real problem is the security deposit. They block more than 250 euros for security deposit, but I see no reason...I was informed it was new ACCOR policy so I guess this is the last time I will stay in ACCOR hotels because I don't understand this behavior. Maybe this is only at Accor Hotels in France?

Perfect location in Toulouse city center. Overall stay OK, rooms comfortable but can be noisy when facing streets. Breakfast good offer and quality. A pity the wellness area (jacuzzi / sauna) was out of service without information provided ahead of time.

Dangerous showers - high step up with no grips on shiny smooth floor & no grip mat supplied. Filthy multiple stained carpets throughout corridors & rooms. Overpriced badly stocked bar. Poor all day menu choices. No hotel info in rooms e.g. no breakfast times shown anywhere ! Lumpy Duvets. Rooms freezing as Thermostat shut off by hotel control.

Better than average hotel with great location. Room was quite small, but clean and bathroom was very large and good. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Small gym was a plus. Lobby restaurant downstairs wasn't that great. The hotel offered everything what I needed for my visit.
