The open internet would not allow my devices to connect. The staff said that this is a known issue and it is due to the unsecured nature of the internet. The internet is vital today, especially for business guests. It is not acceptable that there is a known connection issue with the internet and there have not been attempts to rectify it or offer guests an alternative solution eg connecting to the staff internet.

It’s very well located with good offers. We had a nice double room however the pillows weren’t the best at all. The bed itself I thought was very comfortable. I loved the shower. I didn’t like that they want to hold funds on your card in case you get breakfast or something else.

Hotel Lobby is beautiful, but the rooms are quite dated. Bathroom is lovely. The real problem is the security deposit. They block more than 250 euros for security deposit, but I see no reason...I was informed it was new ACCOR policy so I guess this is the last time I will stay in ACCOR hotels because I don't understand this behavior. Maybe this is only at Accor Hotels in France?

Perfect location in Toulouse city center. Overall stay OK, rooms comfortable but can be noisy when facing streets. Breakfast good offer and quality. A pity the wellness area (jacuzzi / sauna) was out of service without information provided ahead of time.

Dangerous showers - high step up with no grips on shiny smooth floor & no grip mat supplied. Filthy multiple stained carpets throughout corridors & rooms. Overpriced badly stocked bar. Poor all day menu choices. No hotel info in rooms e.g. no breakfast times shown anywhere ! Lumpy Duvets. Rooms freezing as Thermostat shut off by hotel control.

Better than average hotel with great location. Room was quite small, but clean and bathroom was very large and good. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Small gym was a plus. Lobby restaurant downstairs wasn't that great. The hotel offered everything what I needed for my visit.

The hotel is close to the conference center and metro station. The breakfast is really nice!! And the staff very friendly It is also a doable walking distance to the city center.

The rooms were of good size as was the bathroom. Good parking space (which was one of the main reasons to select it). Not exactly downtown if you are going to walk around. Specially if you return after 6pm and can not go through the park.

Large, clean well equipped room with a very comfortable bed, free wifi throughout the hotel. Good choice of breakfast, great choices in the restaurant for an evening meal. Large selection of wines, spirits and beers.

The stay was good overall, with a clean room and kind service. Addition of vegan options to the breakfast menu would be of good help for the future though.
