With chromatic harmonies of chocolate and vanilla, black and white, and a few brighter touches of blue and red, La Cour des Consuls hotel offers two types of rooms, suites and an apartment. All areas are bright and spacious, with large bathrooms including shower and/or bathtub, "Palace Treca" bedding of exceptional quality, and beautiful materials: marble, wood, leather, steel.

    First and foremost. Amazing staff. Really great staff. Great location. A world class restaurant. Keep that young chef of yours, he is brilliant. Rooms are dated, not the best I have seen. Bedding is comfortable

    We liked the ambience of the hotel, lovely friendly staff and super clean room and guest areas. The room could do with refurbishing, the shower gel fell off the wall and cut my foot which was very painful. I think it wasn’t made clear that the nuts and candy are chargeable and very expensive, we racked up over €100 charge in these alone.

    This hotel is extremely well placed in Toulouse. The hotel is amazing. To finish, all the crew is very nice and available to help

    Overall fine, small caveat was that the breakfast buffet was not replenished, even though we arrived half an hour before the end of service.

    Overall the hotel was very good as were the staff. The room was spacious and quiet. The downside was the breakfast, all the hot food was always cold, toaster was inadequate in size and took so long to toast. The fresh fruit selection was very poor only offering 3 different prepared fruits. The cereal selection was ok but there was never any fresh milk to go with them. Coffee was only offered 1 cup at a time and not in a pot for the table. Very disappointing and it was about €25 a day.

    The hotel is close to the conference center and metro station. The breakfast is really nice!! And the staff very friendly It is also a doable walking distance to the city center.

    This is the first time in life (ever) that I am in a superior room that has no desk.

    The rooms were of good size as was the bathroom. Good parking space (which was one of the main reasons to select it). Not exactly downtown if you are going to walk around. Specially if you return after 6pm and can not go through the park.

    Hotel Lobby is beautiful, but the rooms are quite dated. Bathroom is lovely. The real problem is the security deposit. They block more than 250 euros for security deposit, but I see no reason...I was informed it was new ACCOR policy so I guess this is the last time I will stay in ACCOR hotels because I don't understand this behavior. Maybe this is only at Accor Hotels in France?

    Perfect location in Toulouse city center. Overall stay OK, rooms comfortable but can be noisy when facing streets. Breakfast good offer and quality. A pity the wellness area (jacuzzi / sauna) was out of service without information provided ahead of time.

    Dangerous showers - high step up with no grips on shiny smooth floor & no grip mat supplied. Filthy multiple stained carpets throughout corridors & rooms. Overpriced badly stocked bar. Poor all day menu choices. No hotel info in rooms e.g. no breakfast times shown anywhere ! Lumpy Duvets. Rooms freezing as Thermostat shut off by hotel control.

    Better than average hotel with great location. Room was quite small, but clean and bathroom was very large and good. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Small gym was a plus. Lobby restaurant downstairs wasn't that great. The hotel offered everything what I needed for my visit.

    I enjoyed every second in this amazing hotel...the employees are friendly, lovely and thoughtful
