With a contemporary and completely modular design, Novotel's spacious rooms are real living spaces and can be adapted to suit all requirements. Connect to the Internet over WIFI and relax with a drink from the minibar while watching satellite channels on a flat-screen television.

Hotel Lobby is beautiful, but the rooms are quite dated. Bathroom is lovely. The real problem is the security deposit. They block more than 250 euros for security deposit, but I see no reason...I was informed it was new ACCOR policy so I guess this is the last time I will stay in ACCOR hotels because I don't understand this behavior. Maybe this is only at Accor Hotels in France?

Perfect location in Toulouse city center. Overall stay OK, rooms comfortable but can be noisy when facing streets. Breakfast good offer and quality. A pity the wellness area (jacuzzi / sauna) was out of service without information provided ahead of time.

Dangerous showers - high step up with no grips on shiny smooth floor & no grip mat supplied. Filthy multiple stained carpets throughout corridors & rooms. Overpriced badly stocked bar. Poor all day menu choices. No hotel info in rooms e.g. no breakfast times shown anywhere ! Lumpy Duvets. Rooms freezing as Thermostat shut off by hotel control.

Better than average hotel with great location. Room was quite small, but clean and bathroom was very large and good. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Small gym was a plus. Lobby restaurant downstairs wasn't that great. The hotel offered everything what I needed for my visit.

A short stay, with the expected good level of quality and service. It is not the most modern of hotels, neither is it closest to the work-sites. But it makes up for it in terms of hospitality, choice of food, service and general accommodations. I return regularly for all of the aforementioned reasons.

Large, clean well equipped room with a very comfortable bed, free wifi throughout the hotel. Good choice of breakfast, great choices in the restaurant for an evening meal. Large selection of wines, spirits and beers.

The stay was good overall, with a clean room and kind service. Addition of vegan options to the breakfast menu would be of good help for the future though.
